good 'ownership' disclaimer?

Does anyone have/or know of where I could find a good 'ownership' disclaimer? You know those disclaimers by some companies which essentially say, if you submit any 'ideas'/'feedback' to them, that by no means does that mean you get an ownership in anything developed, etc? (And some actually say ideas/etc submitted become the ownership of the company, etc).
