How Much of YOUR Twitter Traffic Is REAL traffic? Or..., let me put it this way: Twitter is connected to spiders, feed aggregators and bots. So how many Twitter visitors do actually see YOUR ads and promotions on YOUR blog? I just checked my "Latest Visitor Stats" on one of my sites that relies purely on Twitter (an autoblog experiment)... Here's a summary of the last 20 visits/referers:
400 visits/day so far but ... mostly bots/crawlers/etc... |

I usually gets about 10-20 visits from twitter whenever I make a new post on my blog (rss to twitter). It depends on what the posts is about. I believe you can attract alot of visitors from twitter if your in the "right niche".

I hand pick all the people I follow, so I'd say about 98% of the visits are real. Traffic is actually really good with average time on site anywhere between 2-3:30 minutes
