First things first, assuming your making your website in English, you will have to be able to type or create content in English that is at least somewhat grammatically correct.

I get the feeling that you're a newbie, so you'll probably want to start by creating a WordPress site. Before that though, you need to decide what you want your site to be about, and what you want to accomplish with it. Are you trying to make money through website ads? Generating sales from a product? building a list through your site?

Lastly, always start with free traffic. Especially if you don't know what you're doing, you should never spend money on traffic if you have no idea how to optimize it.

huh ! yES OBVIOUSLY i m making a website in ENGLISH :p language and another thing is im using weebly i find it more simple and easier than WordPress . My main motto to create a new website is that i need to earn money online with it by Promoting the products of others so called "vendors". I HAVE SOME SOURCES OF PAID AS WELL AS FREE TRAFFIC

Here! is a 1 most IMPORTANT Question comes in my mind right now and that is is it necessary that I chose a specific niche instead of selecting a specific niche why should I not make a marketplace of different kinds of products with different kinds of niches.

I think you should pick one niche because if you stand a better chance at making money that way. You are less likly to make a sale if someone comes to your site about music and you try to sell them MLM. Also you seam in a bit of a rush, I understand the allure of using weebly but wordpress really is the best place to start as it will give you more control and flexibility overall, so when your business grows you can adapt better.

It's a bad idea. Frankly, you starting any kind of website right now is a bad idea. You have no plan. You can't successfully operate in the language you hope to sell in. And you're seemingly desperate (given your last sentence).

The deck isn't stacked against you. There isn't even a deck to play with here. Sorry if this sounds harsh, but you need to hear it at some point.

Why do you keep using caps locks for everything? It's very annoying and hard to read imo. I think it is a bad idea to mix niches, because like I said before you lose you targeting and relevancy.

FIRSTLY if you are TARGETING English speaking countries you'll need to pay for content, your English is not the worst but nowhere near good ENOUGH EITHER...

SECONDLY you need to do your own RESEARCH, nobody is going to GIVE YOU a blueprint to SUCCESS...
Come back and ask better more targeted questions once you know at least the basics...

THIRDLY don't be a drama queen (LOL)

I don't think this is something you can go and find. like others have already said you have alot against you. My suggestion is that you go and make a plan of what you want to do then pursue that in your native tongue.
Do you have a passion or hobby? Most people do, if so try seeing how you can make money from that.
Like someone once said, if you do something you love you'll never work a day in your life.

Don't worry about your website yet.

The website is the last piece of the puzzle.

Who are you planning to have visit this site? That's a far more important question.

Where are they now, so you can get in front of them to draw them over to your site?

What reason will you have for them to come from where they are now to your site?

Answer these questions and you will know your market and your offer. Then you can go build a website.
