What is a virtual assistant? And 2, I would like to become one. Help!

    A virtual assistant is a contractor or employee who assists a business owner or entrepreneur with a specific task or set of tasks and does not have to be physically present to do it. Hence, they can do it from "virtually" anywhere, even cyber space...hahahahaha.

    I found both of my new virtual assistants locally. There are so many universities, community colleges where I live that it's like hunting fish with dynamite. When I require a professional or someone with a certain expertise that I'm looking for I check out Guru.com, Elance.com or put an ad on Craigslist.org or in one of the local publications; has worked wonders for me. I've also cold-called or walked into local businesses to find "experts" for my infoproducts.

      I subject mine to loud music, tons of energy drinks, Kevin Riley's hamsters, coffee, and have ESPN on at all times. Probably not the best way to get work out of them eh?

      Yeah if you really want to know what a virtual assistance is and how to grow your business by hiring a few of them, then 4 Hour WorkWeek is your best bet!!

      If read this book twice now! It's that good, gave me great ideas on world domination!
