Just looking for opinions. I work better in the day as I find to many distractions at night.

Both worked for me. Sometimes I start working in the morning till the late midnight. Sometime I only work at day or only at night. It depends on my mood.

I do my best work when I wake up in the morning. I start off with a workout, eat breakfast, then hit the internet looking for places to do more advertising - and sometimes do free marketing too.

I am much more creative at night, but like to work in the day anyway because that is where most of the people are.

The other day I needed to be up by 4:30 to get all that was planned for the day finished. I woke up startled at something at 2:00 AM. I considered trying to get back to sleep but got out of bed instead. I got done between 2-4:30 than I could have from 4:30-noon.

Personally, I like working during the days because the sunlight motivates me and keeps me in a good mood. I enjoy spending the evenings surfing the internet for ideas to add to my site, as well as spending time with family and friends.

I used to work exclusively at night, though I have found a lot of success starting my work day at 5am.

It took some getting used to, yet being able to get so much done before the rest of world even wakes up feels fantastic. Plus, getting up at 5am means I have to be in bed by 10pm and having a set routine has had a drastic effect on my productivity.

Give mornings a try, it might just change your life!

I'm the exact opposite! I find too many distractions during the day. As a matter of fact, when I'm working on a new project I tend to sleep during the day and work all night long because that's what works best for me.

I have been working at both day & night for a long time. But I use the night more & more than the Day. Because at the night the weather is calm than Day. There is no people who will disturb me at night. Everyone sleeps at the time, so I choose the Night more & more than the Day. Thanks a lot.

It depends on where you live and who you live with. The time of the day doesn't really matter for me because I don't live in an excessively noisy area or with people who are loud and annoying. Other factors are far more important such as how well I slept the night before, whether or not I'm stressed out and how much exercise I'm getting to determine my level of concentration. Caffeine and other natural supplements that increase dopamine production in my brain can also help me think and concentrate better.

There's no right answer here except what works for you.

I tend to do "grunt work" in the morning, and "creative work" at night.

    I am lousy in afternoons.

By 4PM I am usually tired out until I get a second wind around 7PM.

However, when something like a sales page needs to be written, I start the thing and do it--as long as it takes, until it's done. Pomodoro and breaks don't work for me.

My rhythms definitely change: while most of the time I am asleep by 1AM and up by 7:30, sometimes it shifts to 2AM - 9AM for a week.

It works for me sometimes early in the morning and I do my best to do all priority work with laser focus.I find my energy abit low in the afternoon. Then again,if i take a break during this period and do less demanding work or take a short nap,I'm up and all energetic in the evening and go even as late as 2/3 am.
