I would highly recommend Kneb Knenaih's WSO. I think he has pretty much covered every public domain resource there is. You'll save your self hours, days, years in researching it on your own.

  I will be starting with the Free WSO and taking it from there. Although I did read through quite a bit of Kneb Knenaih's thread for his WSO, it certainly looks like he has done lots of the homework for us!
  
  Now off to look through Lisa Prestons WSO and see how i get on.
  
  I will certainly come back here and let you know my progress.
