Anyone have problem with paypal delivery?

From yesterday until now all my customers could not get
to their download link which supposed to be delivered
right AFTER the customer click the RETURN TO MERCHANT
button.

Now I have contacted my programmer, he said nothing
wrong with my script, it probably paypal is having problem
with their redirect...

Anyone have the same problem as well?

PS. lucky I have a helpdesk that deliver the product
manually...

One of my client reported this problem. But when I contacted some of my other clients, they reported everything was fine. Might be some problem at the paypal's end.
