    I know there are some free brushes for Photoshop that have various tree shapes. Are you looking for real pictures of trees?

    To get you started, you can download royalty free images (of trees) at Morgue File and Stock Xchng.

    As for the psd... I could probably cut the trees from the image and put it on a blank background but would need to know the dimensions you are looking for.

    If it's just the psds you want then go to Official PSDs | Your PSD Image Community
    search what you want there and i'm pretty sure they have it.

    Yes Stock exchange is great head over to their website they have thousands of professional photos images, vectors backgrounds. I don't know if they do the PSD files but it's worth having a look

      but i need a several different kinds if it is available ready made

    Go to Google images and search for trees in a .png format.

    .png means the file usually has no background and you can use the image without having to cut/trim around the image.

    I know tis may sound to easy...
    BUT
    Use your camera and take as many pictures of trees or whatever you want.
    I am sure there are some trees nearby.
