Zaxaa- can someone tell me where the Instant Commission request is located for an affiliate?

figured you guys could help me out on this.
Where do my affiliates request instant commissions on Zaxaa. I can't find it [set up a 2nd account so as to see what the sign up process is like for my affiliates]
Their Customer support has replied 3x but still not answered me.
