Ezinearticles remains the top article directory site, publishing hundreds of articles and receiving hundreds of thousands of visitors every day.

One of the really cool things about Ezinearticles is that they publish certain statistics that can give you a big advantage with your marketing efforts.

Using advanced google operators you can dig up a lot of this info right on the Ezinearticles site. If you know what you are doing, you can quickly find out up-to-the-day stats on articles in any category.

Obviously, that information has a lot of value to marketers looking for niches or researching competitors in their niche.

I created a free tool called EZABullDozer that accomplishes this task, and is a lot easier to use than inputing the operators. You can do broad searches for general market research, or focused searches on your market or within article categories.

Looks like a really great tool. I just skimmed the post of using Google search operators and it struck me as a powerful marketing strategy. I'll be testing this on a project...

by the way, not sure if you coded your tool up before or after the other guy posted about this on the forum (using the by-hand google operator way), but this is a GREAT way to simplify a really great strategy. Cheers to you for making an easy to use tool.

Maybe you should require people to opt in to use the tool? At least build your list from this great tool you've put together....

I assume you are referring to the post in the War Room, and yes, I had a prototype up and running when that post came out. However, I had problems with it and put it aside, so that post inspired me to finish it.

I have an opt-in for the guidebook and videos; there are some advanced methods in there and I will be updating with a few new ideas that I'm testing right now. I recommend that users download the guidebook, because it explains quite clearly what you can do with this.

I've been using it for months for my own research and it has revealed some surprising niches.

I didn't realise when I posted earlier that Jack Duncan had posted his 'Google Loophole' strategy here as well. I read it in the War Room, which is a paid forum so I didn't want to post the link for fear of offending the admin.

So yes, this tool is essentially the same as the formula Jack talks about, with a couple of tweaks.

I've gotten a couple of emails from people who have been interrupted by a google captcha. That is just a normal response from Google if you do a lot of fast searches in a short period of time. Just fill out the captcha and you can carry on again.

this is something similar to Google search hack as in:

site:ezinearticles.com "KEYWORD" "This article has been viewed 2000..199999" "Article Submitted On: * *, 2009"

but this tool sure is simpler :P

Abhi, as I mentioned in an earlier post, the 'guts' of the tool uses advanced google search operators to look for specific text on a page. You can do this in google or better on the ezinearticles site search, but just watch the syntax or you won't get results.

I built this to make it easier for me, and now for you guys.
