Hi Guys,

Has anyone had any experience in setting up a Multi National Company? Currently, i have a company in my home country and would like to expand its business to America, as most of my market is from US, i am thinking of getting a company in US as it will help me do more business.

But these are things which i am confused about
Do i need to pay taxes in both countries? Since, my country is not having tax treaty with US, do i still need to pay? I would like to hear from people who have already setup their company overseas.

How can i show my current company as a parent company to the new company i am going to setup?

Any advice would be helpful

Your idea was really good and I would have to agree that enable to get more you got to engage in US market.

Yes you need to pay taxes on the US, that is how things goes. You need to invest in it.

Anyway it can pay your business more.

  Do NOT - NOT- NOT - rely on "forum lawyers" for facts about taking your business global.
  
  You need legal advice from someone(s) well versed in international business legalities in the countries you will be operating in. Doesn't have to cost a huge amount of money - in the end could save you a lot of money and frustration to have experts help you with the setup/paperwork/tax situation.
