Twitter account curiosity

I've always wondered if people buy Twitter accounts. Being that it's the biggest baddest thing - are people trading/selling these for specific niches?

Actually yea, but the only person i seen actually offering niche related twitter accounts with X amount of followers is Ken Reno. I'm sure theres others out there as well that offer this.
