How can i don't need download a video then upload it to youtube but directly transfer it from one site to youtube?

    You can do that if you have rights to the video. However, you have to tweak it a bit, for example making the length of the video a little shorter or longer if you choose that way Youtube will accept it as a unique video.Hope that helps

        Unfortunately there is no way to get a video on youtube without uploading.
