Twitter Dead?

INTERNET MARKETING

Hi All!

I am really quite distraught and the reason is simply pathetic. I can't get to Twitter. The page is simply saying the connection has been reset for reasons unknown.

I don't really my main account to do a lot of business, I mainly use smaller accounts, so it won't hit me that way, but I love to spend the mornings with a coffee catching up.

Is it just me, Virgin Media, or Twitter. I hope they have it sorted out soon.

If it's me will someone let me know so I can throw my PC in the bin please?

Works fine for me and just managed to follow you too.

Sure it'll be working fine soon and if it Virgin fault then BeThere are the best UK ISP can't recommend them enough and don't throw your PC away, how will you doing your Internet Marketing?

I just read in the news that Twitter and Facebook were hacked and they are still working on it, so not everyone is able to access Twitter just yet (as their system has been slowed down, some browsers are 'timing out'). Maybe this is the problem you are experiencing?

I'm putting Mr PC on the BBQ I think...

I will keep my Mac. I like the look of Win 7 though. My PC is making horrid noises, my Hiper power pack lasted all of 18 months by the looks of it.

What on earth am I doing wrong? Everwhere else is working!

  I'm currently only able to access twitter via my mobile, and it is running extremely slow to the extent that I have managed to open the "people who follow" page once, but now I'm getting the web server may be down, too busy or experiencing other problems.
  
  Perhaps following the incident from yesterday, it just depends on what server you were on as to how long it will take to get back to full working order.

Twitter website doesn't work for me, but Tweetdeck is working just fine. Have you tried just using an app? TweetDeck
