For starters, you need to change your copy.

    "Get Fit! Get Healthy! eBook

Enter your Name and E-Mail to subscribe to ours newsletter and received your Free 38 pages long eBook report

A valuable guide sharing 101 powerful tips on health, fitness, weight control, cardio health, working out and much much more!"

In my opinion, giving away 101 powerful tips is like giving me an encyclopaedia.

A better angle is what your using right now in your blog posts.

"How to Lose 5kg in a Week – The Best Diet Plan Ever"

"How to Lose 5kg in a Week – The Best Diet Plan Ever "

Giving away "Free guide reveals how I lost 5Kg in just 1 week" is a lot better than 101 tips..

Also, your optin side bar is way below the fold. If you just move it up and place it under the social share buttons, I'm sure you'll instantly increase your opt ins.

Lastly, I want to stress again how poor the copy is. Use a better compelling headline than Get Your FREE 38 pages eBook report today.

That's a massive feature and there is zero benefit to why I should get your free ebook.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi Smitchacha,

Sounds like you could improve on your lead capture.
For that amount of traffic, if it's quality traffic you should have many
more subscribers. I would recommend changing your site and/or forms
    to capture more leads.

That being said, small lists can be very profitable.
If you have a good relationship with those 124 subscribers, they will
read your emails, and buy your products. It's all about how you warm
up your list(s) to build trust. If they opted into your list for a newsletter
on a topic, that proves they are very interested in that field.

So, give them some good free content on the topic, and continue to remind
them that they can contact you for more info or advice.
After they start emailing you back, that's when you want to start pitching
the product or service to them.

    I hope that helps.

Have a great day toward your online success !

    Yours truly,

15000 a month and only 125 subscriber is a disaster!

However, if you change strategy, your 15,000 are great to give exellant results!

    1) ensure your traffic is targetted (if you do PPC choose specific keywords)

    2) redirect traffic in the mail box page

    3) most important thing: you must give an hight quality gift for each subscribers!!

These are not blogs, at least what is listed in your Sig.

Just generic Sale Pages I see everywhere.

You have to engage with people and get to know them more on a personal level with regular postings...if you want to call it a blog.

I do not see that here .

You may want to revise your direction with this and have a personal blog that leads to these sales letter

Subscribers are very low for the time period you mention for the website. You need to try some new techniques for your website..

smitchacha I would find out which pages on your blog are getting the majority of the 15 visitors. Once you know that you know which pages on your blog you should optimize first.

With that much traffic and so few subscribers I am assuming a couple of things. Either the content people are getting once they get to your site is providing value (therefore their not subscribing).

    Or

Your not optimizing for that traffic.

On the pages that have the most traffic first ensure that the content is good. Make sure people are getting what they came to your site for. Then create a free-offer that builds on the content they just got. Have the visitors subscribe to get that offer.

You can either send them to a squeeze page from your content (recommended). Or put optin fields at the end of the post. Hope this helps!

    4 Things.

    1. Get a pixel from Facebook and target the people who read your blog. You can then advertise to them.
    2. Get something free to offer your audience and have a pop that "pop's up 20" seconds after a visitor is on your page.
    3. Put multiple places to your opt-in on your main page. Even links to your opt-in page.
    4. Exit-pop. You will save about 10-15% of your traffic with this. Offer something for free.

Be sure to get an exit-pop that doesn't keep "popping" on the same visitor over and over again.

    This is a good beginning.

    Then.

    1. Email them each day.
    2. Sell your product, education and help.

Bro, I was looking at your eczema page. Like it is gross. Fact is, I clicked on the back arrow faster than you can say - zap. Hey, you do not want people clicking on the back arrow. Probably, I am not the only person.

It is like this, if I am pushing an e-book for example - cure acne.
Well, it is not a good idea to put a photo of an acne guy. Yeah, one with a face that looks like a pepperoni pizza. That is just gross. Customers will click away. Sadly, that means less sales for you.

OK so instead place a generic photo of a doctor wearing a scope. Beside him is a pretty nurse. Also include some test tubes, chemicals and a microscope even.

Let me give you an example, I sell septic tank test kits on some of my web page. I have many photographs of the test kit and chemical powders, but of raw sewage - none.

If using WordPress, try including a pop-up plugin that offer a free e-book if you sign-up now. Set a buffer of about 30 seconds once they enter your website. Also use the "power of urgency", ie. Limited numbers offered or 10 copies left option. You will see a spike in the sign-ups. But make sure the e-book offered has value, if not, they may just unsuscribed if the find it of no value.
    Good luck.

You're not doing something right with your marketing. You may in fact need a site re-design, and just focus on selling 1 product at a time. You may have put alot of time, money, and effort into your current site, but sometimes you have to let a project/website go. You can't become attached to the niche, website, or product(s). 18 months and 124 email subscribers doesn't make any sense.
