You'll have to 'reference them' AND provide a link to the original article for it to be remotely ok. Most people wouldn't want you simply copy pasting the whole article. Some people have done that to me and it's REALLY annoying.

      Thanks a lot.

Somebody said only provide a link is not okay, must get explicit permission.

And another people said UGC (User Generated Content) content not so serious as others, is it right?

Btw, I want to copy some posts from reddit, i google the imagies and will find many other sites include the same content(some of them not mark copied from where). If i mark it below my post copied from these websites instead of reddit, will it be better?

I want my website to be this kind of web http://www.boredpanda.com/, all the content got from other websites.

Content - whether original or copied - is of NO value unless you can get traffic to that content.

If you are counting on search engine traffic to copied content, you are wasting your time. My guess is that you have no traffic plan, and are expecting that somehow a large amount of "syndicated" or "curated" (I use the words very loosely, here) content will somehow solve that problem for you.

    It won't.

You will have to quote what the author of the other article says if anything.

But I do not think you will be able to just post peoples stuff up and call it you'res with out getting the proper permission first

I think you're best bet is just to read what other people post, and kinda just make you're own version instead of plagiarism then you wont have to worry about if you are going to get in trouble or not for coping someone else work.

    Hope this helps!

You can not take someone else's content and use it without their permission. The only exception to this is "fair use" and that is a very specific standard... for example, if you quote an excerpt from their content (only part of it) so that you can provide your own commentary about the content, that is considered fair use. But you can not just take the content and use it on your own site unless you have their explicit permission. That is a copyright violation.

Anyone who tells you otherwise does not understand copyright law, and they are giving you very bad advice.

Since you keep repeating this over and over, it's clear you don't CARE what is right or ethical or legal. "Somebody said" - doesn't cut it. You are repeating what you supposedly heard from someone who knows nothing about copyright.

Your concern is worry about how much trouble you might be in....not about the ethics or legality.

You want people here to tell you it's OK and the worst that will happen is having to remove the stolen material. That's not true and not the worst that can happen but some people have to learn the hard way.

Even if you link from the source, if you copied wholesale, you'll still be in trouble.

The better approach would be to link to your source and include only a tiny snippet WITH ORIGINAL COMMENTARY

There is a FAIR USE exception in US copyright law for commentaries.

    Here's the thing.

    Two things.

One, it's not good to have "duplicate content" on the internet. This dings you down in Google rankings. So if a person is writing their unique content, and then you take it and paste it somewhere else, you've added duplicate content and now the value of what they made the effort to do is lessened. That's an SEO consideration. How unkind, at the very least. It's also not going to help you. Because YOUR site has duplicate content as well. You won't rank easily.

Two--really, it's hard work to write a blog. A lot of people put their blood, sweat, and tears into it. Even when they may not enjoy it. But they do it, for the benefit of their business. Why can't you do the same work? Why are you taking the hard work of someone else?

Three--if you don't want to write your own blog posts, there are places you can get writers to write unique, legitimate content for you personally; such as Fiverr.

    Three things.
