INTERNET MARKETING

I have a tech question. I am trying to upload a pdf file to my wordpress site using profit builder software. Every time I try to upload it I get a file extension error message. What does that mean? How can I upload it? Please help!!

Put the PDF inside a ZIP file and upload the ZIP.

The zip file idea will probably work for you. If you still have problems I would suggest calling your hosting company. My host company has excellent service and they are very helpful when i need them.

  I put the pdf in the zip folder and when I went to upload I get this message: Sorry! you are using an invalid directory structure for the template.
  
  The template files in the ZIP are supposed to be at the root level ..
  
  Sub-Folders are not supported. Does anyone know what this means?

Upload it to Dropbox and link to it on your site from there.

Alternatively, just upload it through the Media option in your dashboard. Then you can drop it in to your page with the editor.
