Default Why do I keep losing My affiliate link?

I am promoting a product and and adding a lead capture page of my own which then links to the sales page and then click bank. This is working fine with firefox but in i.explorer I seem to be losing the cookie and on the clinkbank payment page the affiliate reads as "none". As the vast majority of people use i.e. this is not good for business! Can anyone help with this. I don't see why the vendors should get the list and not the affiliate all the time. I would be happy to share the list but they are not so willing but that's another gripe.

You may have IE set to ignore cookies - many of your customers will.

Your Firewall or Internet security software could be set to block cookies?

Try this:

To unblock cookies in internet explorer go to:

tools -> internet options -> privacy

In settings, set the bar to "medium".

Thanks, I have been doing some reading on the matter, and it appears that Internet Explorer is the culprit. I am currently in the process of removing IE and installing Mozilla FireFox.
