How to open another window when submit is pressed

Hi,

Iam testing a new site, however when someone pushes my submit buton they are taking to the redirect page. I want this to open in a new window instead of closing my sales/capture page.
Does anyone know the code etc on how to do this?

    Are you talking about a subscription "submit" button? In the aweber type autorepsonders you have an option when creating the form to open the thankyou page in a new window. Make sure you click the checkbox.

    On the other hand no matter what you do if I set my browser to NOT open new windows ever, unless I say so... then the whole exercize was useless

      target="_blank"
      in your html anchor. That launches a new window or tab and keeps the other one open.
