Affiliate link set up?

I'd like to sell my product though affiliate links with a 3 payment or 1 payment option.

I looked at Ejunkie but they don't offer a 3 pay option
Should I use TrackURLy? or Click2Sell?

Which platform should I use?
Where could I get someone to set it up for me?

    Could you elaborate more about the 3 payment option. Do you mean having multiple ways of payment like Paypal, credit card, wire transfer?

      I'd like my buyers to choose between one full payment or three smaller payments. EJunkie doesn't support rebill / payment plans, but there are probably other affiliate software programs that do.

      Where could I get help setting this up?
      And ... how are refunds handled? Do you just wait to disperse the funds until AFTER the refund period has ended?
