Best Place to Seriously Mastermind / Partner Up with People?

Basic Point: I'm trying to find the best source, in your opinion, to find potential partners or mastermind with serious individuals in the IM/MMO niche?
Basic Problem: The 'JV Section' on the Warrior Forum is made up (I think) of fake-it-til-they-make-it marketers. I come from outside of the 'IM/MMO' niche and I've built several successful companies. I'm looking to partner up with someone and enter (or in many ways re-enter) the IM world. Not to say the WF can't supply this need I have, but I am guessing that the vast majority of people would not be compatible with my own knowledge/experience.
Other Comments/Considerations: My masterminds I'm currently in are already fixated on their appropriate niches and I have been unable to source anyone willing to get into IM/MMO. None of them are pay to play, as we all offer considerable value to one another. I'm not against paid mastermind groups, but it's not the 'normal' thing to do outside of the IM/MMO niche. I have been brought up in the belief that you should associate yourself with people who are better than you or at your same level, so you can also be moving forward, so just to keep that in mind.
So...
From your experience, what, who or where have YOU found worth-while masterminds and partners in your business?
