Who's the BEST ?

Most of the warriors here are in the software business. So please advise me on this.
I have an automated engine to build. Its not simple. The entire process of it, is automated and it also contains 2 web crawlers + 4 parsers. I just want to know whether you have any preferred developers for this task in mind? If so, please let me know.
PLEASE DO NOT ADVICE YOUR OWN COMPANIES WHO HAVE NOT DONE ANYTHING LIKE THIS.
I will need to see similar projects before I award the project.
