Start a Wordpress blog today. Go get hosting and get yourself set up, then start writing about whatever topic you care most about.

Learn IM topic by topic as and when you need them and once you've learned a lot, assess your blog.

If it is making an income continue with it, if it is not, then it doesn't matter because it helped you learn the industry. In this case, start a second, more viable business with your new found knowledge.

You can't read your way to success, you have to earn it!

You've got this! Now go get started!

Hanging out here in the Warrior Forum is a good start. When I started online in 2002 I used to come here almost everyday and just read what others were doing to make money. I didn't even participate much in the threads. I chose affiliate marketing as my business model at that time.

You may want to join the War Room here in the forum. You will find free "blueprints" which are great for getting started in various ways. You will find the button to join at the bottom of the Warrior Forum home page.

One other thing is look at the signature files of Warrior members. If one catches your eye visit it. There are many great ideas to research in them.

Good luck, you are in for an exciting adventure!

If you are willing to invest some money & time, you can buy a domain & hosting. After buying these two, you can write some articles, in which field you are expert. Then you should do SEO to increase your site traffic. Finally you will be able to earn money by doing the Adsense or, Affiliate program or, even you can sell your own products if you have. Thanks a lot.

Not to make things more confusing. But this is what I do, which is a bit different.

I promote PPL (pay per lead) offers...I generate leads. There is no credit card required, so conversion rates are typically much higher than an offer that requires a sale. With PPL, all a user has to do is fill out a form for me to get paid.

There are many offers that pay $20-$60 each and some that pay higher depending on the vertical, that work well on a front-end campaign. I prefer offers that have some financial positioning...have a make, get or save money angle to them. That's what has worked best for me, as they tend to have greater mass appeal, so the potential exists to produce high volume.

You can find PPL offers through CPA networks and sometimes directly with an advertiser that has an affiliate program.

You will still need to drive traffic, which is the harder part regardless of what your doing. I've always used email through data acquisition deals, which has always proven for me to be far more cost effective.

Anyway, you may find this as an easier way to get started.

This is how I started 15 years ago and I'm still doing it.

It is very easy to get mentally paralyzed by all of the information available, and the decision to start somewhere feels risky in that you might invest time into something that doesn't appear to pay off. Especially if your cash on hand is limited, it seems dangerous to pay for something that might now pay off.

But think about it - if making money online were easy everyone would be rich! There's hard work involved, pick a small thing and try it. Get your feet wet trying to set up a small blog and chronicle your activities there - it will motivate you to keep trying and you will be able to easily track how far you've come.

You are starting at the same place as everyone else, and in that, the only way to learn is to try. Good Luck!

    1. Start of writing down what YOU are passionate about

    2. Research Google to see if there is a market for your
    passion

    3. Pursue it.

    That simple.

Once you know what you want to do, contrary to what
    you may think...

...avoiding forums, including this one, will be best.

For everyone who succeeds, there are far more who
are not who come with negative attitudes, pessimism,
and a sense of hopelessness that can cause doubt in
your mind on what is possible.

You have to see if you really like to do this. If you lack the motivation at the beginning is going to be hard for you to continue doing this for more than 6 months. Maybe try as a hobby just to make a blog from a topic you like and know about and start from there. You will learn the basics of SEO, analytics and WordPress.

Don't try to figure it out on here. Learn online marketing here. Just start your business and go from there. You'll never know what works and what doesn't if you sit there trying to figure it out. Also not taking action will get you nowhere and just depress and demotivate you. Go for it now, not tomorrow not someday. Now.

Don't feel RUSHED to do something!!!

It takes time ... it will not happen overnight!

Why do you want to make money online? What are your interests, hobbies, passion, current job skills, education, etc. Start there.

Focus on ONE thing and start mapping out your plan. The issue so many of us encounter is SOS (shiny object syndrome) where by you flit from one thing to another. That is a quick way to go nowhere fast!

So, decide upon one thing to pursue. Conduct a search on the Warrior Forum for any and all information on that topic and threads that cover the basics re: registering your domain and setting up hosting and your website.

Once you have those basics down, you can move on to working through all the other details that pertain to growing a blog or building a website that's sustainable.

Try to research questions you have BEFORE creating a thread. There is so much great information here ... people respect those who take the time to look and do some digging for themselves. You will find that doing so will save you a lot of time too.

    Hang in there!

How is anyone here supposed to know what you're good at? There's no way we can help you with that.

I tend to agree that this probably isn't for you. At least not until you've prepared yourselfr and come up with a plan.

Your finding It hard to choose a niche. Don't worry I was in your position at the time when I first got started. But I learn how to choose a niche which suited me best by following these steps I learned.

So How did I go About Finding a niche?

Well when choosing a niche you always want to look at the bigger picture. What I mean by that is you want to pick a product that will be around for the long run. You don't simply want to pick a product that has a high ROI only to find it disappear in a couple of years. To be successful in a niche market you have to Find niche market keywords that you can work with; check the competition, figure out whether it will be around for years to come, and decide whether or not the niche is right for you. I will expand on this below.

First step - Find niche market keywords that you can work with

A lot of people actually skip this step and jump into a niche which they find appealing to them only to discover that no-one is looking for it. This is an essential part of finding a niche market and you can do it. Its simple and easy with the help of Google's External Keyword Tool. You will be able to search for niche ideas whilst at the same time see which markets are in demand and which aren't. This tool helps marketers check the level of competitiveness of a particular keyword and the search monthly volume. You want to choose a niche keyword that has a global search volume over 10O0 monthly searches. You also want to make sure that the keyword is not too competitive.

Second step - Check out the competitiveness of your keywords

Once you have chosen a desired keyword that you are happy to work with, you need to check the competition. A lot of people miss this step and just follow the crowd. For example, the weight loss niche is extremely competitive and anyone trying to make it in that niche is in for a rough time as the big companies have a lot more gravitas. This means you will be in direct competition with big companies which will only end in failure. You can do this simply by going to Google.com and typing in your chosen niche keyword. You'll see how many pages get listed in the results for the keyword, along with any PPC (pay per click) competition, too! Take the time to really access your competition.

Third step - Identifying a long term profitable niche.

Will your niche be around for years to come? People don't seem to realise it, but niches go in and out of style all the time. And interest in particular niches can dwindle at any moment. That 's why you should check to see if your niche will be a long term sustainable niche. This can be done using a tool called Google Trends. This tool gives you an insight into hot rising trends as well as interest in a particular niche over time. It also gives you a in depth comparison between one niche and another. It can also show you whether general interest in a niche is diminishing or is on the rise.

Fourth step - Decide whether or not the niche is for you

You can now make an educated decision based your market research which comprised of niche competitiveness and market trend data. Now you have the data you need to decide whether or not this niche is right for you. If the organic traffic competition is low and there is very little paid advertising on that particular niche keyword, then it would certainly get the green light. If there are a load of paid advertising ads on the side of the results page, then skip the niche and start this process all over again until you find the one that is perfect for you. However if the niche that you have chosen has a lot of competition but you love it and have a great passion for it , then go for it. Passion will overcome competition. But if you are to take that route be sure to make it work.

I hope you found these four steps in finding a niche helpful. Remember finding a niche is easy, you just have to take the first step.

    Too your success

What are your interests, surely you must have something that you are passionate about. Find out what it is and maybe start there. You have get started and put those negative thoughts behind you. Get in the right mindset and get yourself motivated. Once you figure out what niche you want to break into, get yourself a hosting account and a domain that is closely related to that particular niche and start there. Once you get the first step out of the way, the rest is a breeze and there's plenty training out there to help you get over those hurdles. Just take action!

Here are some questions that only you can answer that will get you on the right path:
First what exactly is your goal?
    What are your interests?
How much time are you willing to invest in your business?
How much money are you able to invest?
Would you consider aligning yourself with a coach to get started?

These are the questions that i had to answer to get myself on the right path. I also did tons of research online about different opportunities and when I came across an opportunity that interested me and could help others, i joined that opportunity and aligned myself with a mentor to hep guide me, If you have any questions, send me a PM
