My recommendation would be..
Pamela for Skype - Call Recording and a lot more!

I second that.

That software works great. I record conference calls with it and the audio turns out very clean.

I'm going to be doing interviews very soon and was looking for something like this so I could record over Skype, cheers

There's also something called oovoo.com but that's a seperate program altogether.

I'm on mac. When I was on PC I would use camtasia. Then when moved to mac I used to use skype recorder but now use wiretap. Apparently camtasia is coming to mac, but I know people who use IshowU and screenflow the way I used camtasia, record everything including the video and just pull the audio out and convert to mp3 at the end

Agreed about Pamela. Once I record the call, I use Audacity to edit it.

Hi all - I run both PC and mac environments and have used camtasia, screenflow on their respective platforms - just recently I installed jingpro from techsmith - the same folk that create camtasia I believe and it works great!

Think it cost me $15 for the year and you get to publish/share videos straight to youtube or screencast - very cool!

Nathan Segal, I too recommend Audacity which can record anything that passes through your sound card. The online support is well done, it helped me get setup in both XP and Vista. Windows 7 may not be so lucky as I've heard it locks down sound card recording more.

I recommend using http://www.ecamm.com/mac/callrecorder/ to record web teleconferences, etc with skype if you have a mac. One can get pretty creative by producing podcasts interviews with them or just straight conference calls.
