INTERNET MARKETING

Is anyone else having trouble with namecheap?

They have changed their dashboard and
1. I cannot pay a hosting bill, and
2. I cannot tell what domains have recently expired, but can be renewed.

It is really a mess.

If you use namecheap, can you tell me how to do the above two things.

  Actually, I did finally find it (after 15-20 min.) and have submitted a ticket. I really do not think that I am dumb (yep, I know that I have opened the floor for debate), but they have sure made it so confusing and difficult.
  
  BTY, they did email me that I had an invoice to pay, but the link that they gave in their email doesn't work.

  No we're not dumb it's just that a few hover close to that region when designing UIs, plugins and such. I complain too.

  I finally did a live chat this morning. Spent another 1/2 hour and got one thing taken care of. If you are associated with namecheap, please tell whoever is in charge that their new dashboard is bad, really, really bad and not customer friendly at all.
  
  I will look for new domain register and hosting today. It is rediculas to have to spend 2 hours trying to pay a bill that I am willing to and want to pay.

Whenever i faced problem i just contact with them for solution. I think you should contact with them using this link https://www.namecheap.com/support/li...t/general.aspx

If you had read my post posted 45 min before your reply, you would have seen that I did finally get one item resolved.

The support person even had to admit that it was impossible to pay the small bill because the new dashboard does not provide for payments. Imagine - they want money, but do not include a way to pay - Rediculas.
