How effective is selling products here on WF? do people even spend money here? anyone launched a product? Was thinkin of stickin some info out there for sale. let me know. thanks

    Well considering the amount of threads in the WSO forum people must be making something or else it wouldn't be right, although having said that most people offer something at a low price with an up sell on the backend or to build their list. I've seen some threads here with nearly 10,000 sales at $30 and then others with 10 sales at $5 so it all depends on how the market sees your product, reputation and future advice as to whether selling here is effective or not.

    Personally I haven't sold here as I prefer to focus on my own ventures instead but everyone is different.

      I would say that it's no different to any other marketing site except that you know it is targeted at the MMO niche and the clientele and much more savvy about the buying and selling side than others might be.

      As pointed out above, you have to have something that is going to be genuinely useful to a good proportion of the visitors and be prepared to be ripped to shreds if you're just peddaling scammy rubbish.

      If you think you have what the market needs then go for it.
