Hello readers. I have been working hard to put up a few websites this year. Unfortunately, i do not get much results... no surprise... I try to use the free promotion tools i find here and there. I wonder if anything works as far as starting a website on a new domain.

I just finished polishing a website a truly beleive can grow up http://ibed.pw where people can rent a free space... the UBer of beds

Is there a very efficient way of doing this... I put so much energy for low results.

Thanks for your help or comments.

First spreading yourself thin by working on many sites is why maybe you are not getting the result you are looking for. Concentrate on one, build it up before going to the next site.

secondly, yes you can make it happen with a new site. You have to look for ways (keyword research ) to get into the head of your targeted audience. Hang out where they are and contribute there (forums, comment posting...etc) they have been working and are still working. The only problem is it takes a lot of hard work. If you do not like or can't go that way then there is always the paid traffic option.Either way it will make it happen even on a new site.Hope that helps

Yes, that is it. Don't think about making 1-5-25$, think about making 1.000 a day.
To do that you need some time, first grow, grow and focus on your product. When you do that money will come.

For example, you put now 50% of your time in finding advertisers, and after hard work you find some that give you 5$ a day. If you would spend all that time in improving your website and attracting visitors, you would have a better product to sell, and with your first sell, you make more money as will all the 5$ deals before.

I did the same; I focused on my product and visitors alone, and not on money coming in. After 1.5 year in one time I attracted a big whale, who paid 4.000$ for a month. I would have never have landed that advertiser, if I would have focused on making money. I focused on quality and that attract the real advertisers.

Free promotion...ideas YOU truly believe will work...

Here's your problem: you keep building things YOU think are a good idea. And then you go test them out.

Instead, start making things OTHER PEOPLE have already told you there is demand for.

Find the market first, then make the platform.

Then you won't have any trouble with results.

Stick with just one site and work on your bridging or backlinking if what you are trying to do is go after organic traffic. Understand though by just relying on the search engines or putting all your eggs in one basket you really do not have any control. You can wake up one morning and it's all gone!

Thanks for all those comments, i truly beleive Ibed.pw - Find or Rent a bed is a product anyone can use, maybe i should starts to male it free then will see... as far as building traffic is concerned, i sure know about it but i do not have much budget... forum are good for advice but not for traffic... here we get marketers not generic viewers that would click the link and signup to monetise their spare space...

    Keep on digging on...

Depends if you're selling something forum related. No you won't get traffic by putting a fitness ebook on here, but you'll if it's IM related.

So perhaps look for forums that are about your niche. Get a reputation and off you go!

Always consider your target market. More than making money, rankings and the number of backlinks, it always helps to take an honest look at your website as if you're the one in need of the product or service. From here, you'll understand what your site needs to get more visitors or money.

If you're not the sensitive type, you can always conduct a survey among people you know. Let them review your site and ask them if you can improve some parts.

In my opinion, the niche of your site could be better if it is localized to a certain country or location. Also, it could be more effective if it is marketed in the usual locations where people look for beds for rent (perhaps the classifieds of that particular country). It can also help if you have some ads in front of beds for rent in certain areas. It can show the searcher outright on what you have to offer.

    Hope that helps.

So this is like Airbnb? They would be some big competition.

From reading this article, it seems you would need to establish trust with bed renters and "sleepers". (aka Hosts and Guests)

So you need traffic for exposure to your site, some sort of system to verify identity (so psychos don't sleep over) , and a review system built into the website so people can provide feedback and recommend good beds or complain about bad ones.

    Hope that helps.

    Hi Mr. Jazzz,

    Beautiful website you got there.

    Here is my suggestion:

    (1) Create a blog, like ibed.pw/blog.

Post articles consistently, daily is best, or 2-3 blog posts a week. Make sure the blog posts have more than 800 words each (the more the better). Link 1 to 3 keyword to your main page. You can outsource the writings of this blog posts.

    (2) Find other blogs related to your niche, provide comments on these blogs' posts and place a link directing to your own blog posts that's relevant to the topic.

You can also outsource this blog commenting activity.

    (3) Build a list.

Place an opt-in form in your blog. Prepare a free report to giveaway to your audience.

Build rapport with your audience and keep them happy.

Point (1) & (2) will bring you natural targeted traffic.

And point (3) is what will bring you money.

    Hope this help.

All the best and take care.

    Sheriman

The site is simple and looks easy to navigate. The idea is novel too. Just finished reading a product I just purchased here with some good ideas that could help you out. The thing is, if you don't have a budget or your budget is low, you have to find the "free methods" that are worth your time. Not all free methods are worth doing. Here's one idea from the book I just read that will help you. Think Slides and slide sharing! Article marketing may just be good for back links these days, but apparently, slides work!

All the best with your new site.

Wow thanks to all for all those great comments and replies... I took notes... I will work all that step by step... As far as budget is concerned, I am yes very very low. There soooo many ways to deal with traffic, it makes my head spin... I have read sooo many things about it, I have tried just as many, it seems like nothing really works... Facebook advertising cost wayyyyyy too much, blogs, well... I might try but i do not have that much to say... picture share and slide, might give it a try. I already work about 12 hours a day 7 days a week trying to lift it up. I want to concentrate on this one site because my very 1st day i got 140 new members, not all paying one but affiliates... which should be good... So I have to work that part too... keep in touch with them so that THEY do some work for me as well... Thanks again to all

First you should ensure that your website looks more appealing. That is the first thing that any potential buyers will see and thus help in marketing you. Another problem is that you tried too much to deal with different websites. find the field where you are best at and concentrate on that to produce quality. Before monetizing your site, you have to have traffic, come up with strategies that will help promote your site best and attract more potential buyers. Then you can think about monetizing. Patience is key in this field of business. Thank you and I wish you all the best.

Thanks for all your comments, they are all very welcome.

I can see some kind of a new fashion about web design, but i am such a bad designer.... and buying script at high price is too much for me, so i will keep working on that design until conversion raises significantly.

Already changed the registration form for something more appealing.

    Thanks again.
