What Do I Need To Change On This Hoodie To Not Get Into A Copyright Infringement With Teespring!

I want to get a Hoodie looking a close as I can to increase my sales
on teesptring without just copying someone else's designs.

The 1st picture is the one I want to get my hoodies as close to as possible

The 2nd one is the one from my designer from fiverr.

I hired someone to make a Hoodie similar & he didn't even come close
& I don't think it will sell that well here's what he designed

How much do I change to keep from getting into a
copyright infringement with teespring.

I'd strongly recommend discussing this with an attorney, as copyright infringement is a legal issue.

So if you believe that why bother asking for opinions?
PS. Cali is right, it's not wise to ask for legal advice on an IM forum...
