I have a client and manage a couple of their sites, updating events, and changing monthly specials, mainly on ilovemylaser.com, an html site. They sell their products at their live events, and not really online.

Sometimes I work with stillpoint.com, another one of their sites, which was made in wordpress.

They are asking me for analytics for those 2 sites. They also asked for 'basic info' like traffic, bounce rate, lead conversion, etc.

I am technically savvy, however, fairly new to IM. What can I do to answer them? Is there something I need to set up or install on either site to track for them for the future?

I am wondering if the above questions are even applicable to those sites.

Since there haven't been any replies, are those terms more applicable to the newsletters that are sent from Infusionsoft?

To start, you are going to want to get the websites set up with Google Analytics. It's pretty easy to do and there are a lot of guides on the internet.

Once you've done that, you'll have most of the basic stats you need. You can go more in depth with Google Analytics and using trackable links to collect statistics for lead conversion.
