Amazon PartnerNet Account closed - any suggestions?

Hi warriors,

a few days ago my Amazon partnerNet account got closed because I violated their terms of services. This is so much more a pitty as I was not aware of doing this.

I already reached out to them via mail (as there is no phone support for partnerNet) but they just said they wont re open my account.

Can you please give me an advice if there is any possibility of what I can do to get the account re opened?

This is what I did:
Shortened my links with bit.ly to amzn.to links.
Put the links onto myadvertisingpays.com which is a traffic cycler.
myadvertisingpays embedds the links in an iframe (first violation) and of course it is not my own website (second violation).

Any suggestions? Could I still self publish books on amazon or is this also no longer an option without the account?

Best
Mateo

You vilated their TOS not once, but twice, and you expect people here to have sympathy for you.

    Ain't gonna happen mate.

You'll have to find some other affiliate network to cheat.

Please be careful with amazon. They are starting to clamp down now. Frankly, we wonder about what is going on. I am considering going back to fee bay, if you can image.

Whats going on is that some people think they can make their own rules, this naturally results in the networks clamping down, can't blame them....

There is not much you can do since you basically misused the program and violated ToS from Day 1.

If you had a history of good sites and clean affiliate behaviour you may have gotten a break if it was an inadvertent violation from a new plugin you used and could remove.

But to go all out spamming and then when you get caught want a 'reset' and promise to behave in the future is not going to go over at all with Amazon.

This is what happens when people sign up for affiliate programs and do not read the TOS

Once amazon bans you, you are done with them. And, don't even try to fool them with a new account, they will find out

    Thanks for your honest answers.

Its like agmccall supposed: I signed up without reading the TOS and got the result now.

I feel your pain with Amazon. I set up an account and listed a product but didn't have a bank account linked to my account in Amazon. Apparently, that sends up a fraud alert. This was six weeks ago. I've talked to probably 20 different people at Amazon and they either say "one of our account specialists will contact you" (this started 6 weeks ago.. No one has contacted me yet) or "log in and add your banking info (completely ignoring the fact that I can't log in). Their employees are both brainless and powerless.
