speaking.

Yes, quality product is excellent but it doesn’t sells itself.
Sure, it will definitely reduce the number of refunds. But come to
think of it, what percentage of buyers do ask for refunds?

Online, it is traffic that determines the sales. How many times
have you bought an ebook and feel like: “This is all basic stuff?”

I got sick of hearing all the basics, Build a squeeze page send traffic to it build you opt in list. But whats lacked in every product I have seen is how to get that traffic in the first place without me selling an arm and a leg. Traffic is everything and from all the ebooks n stuff I've seen, they won't really tell you how exactly to get traffic (apart from "write 10 article n post'em on ezine n get flooded with traffic"-bull****) lol

I was training my mom's friend on my computer last night on how to make money
on Ebay selling items that are HOT (products that GET massive traffic) and he had
a hard time grasping the concept that:

"What YOU like or WANT to sell doesn't matter. You will make little to no money if you try to sell items that aren't in demand - for demand generates loads of traffic on it's own. Without, your climbing uphill. Why do this when God has blessed us with constant hot products we can advertise daily and NEVER run out of products to sell for serious money?"

I then went on to explain: "Reason why so many ppl give up on ebay is because they are trying to sell things THEY want to sell or THEY are passionate about. That's fine. But not if your passion isn't a HOT product that enough targeted people are willing to buy."

--- even after such a speech, he was STILL stuck on selling nice things HE thinks will sell. I told him it could work, but your shoothing in the dark, and the odds of you hitting the target is slim to none.

Sometimes, lessons are best learned from our own errors and mistakes

anyways, that traffic is what makes the money hands down. And once you know how to target the traffic, anything would sell with enough people looking at your offer (who also WANT what you offer)

It is not Traffic Traffic Traffic...Traffic is great, but you can have a million uniques a day and not make a penny. You need conversion, there are people that are making 200% more with 1000 uniques a day then people with 10000 uniques a day.

If you want free traffic...go spend the time to get it.

I don't think that I've ever read an ebook that pointed out straight how to get massive traffic to your site. I think the only way to go about it is to use all of the techniques described above and spend some time... or outsource someone else to do it for you for cheap.

But as for the "Traffic, traffic, traffic" line, it's really about "Good traffic, but building a list of those unique visitors so you could make BIG money from them for a LONG time".

Few ppl would reveal the "MAJOR" traffic source they use to make money...and every once in a while, an author does reveal their major source of targeted traffic. And that one source almost ALWAYS leads to PPC or paid traffic in some way.

Most serious marketers use FREE traffic to SUPPLEMENT the paid traffic that gets immediate results. NOT the other way around.

Why?

You could spend months getting on the first page of a popular keyword term, only to find out it wasn't profitable to begin with or the trend has long died down.

Problem is, most ppl would rather take the riskier, drawn out process of spending their time rather than money to find out if something works or not.
