Maybe you just have to wait till their weird pay periods are finished? Otherwise I recommend to write to their support ... I've done so because I thought I should get my money also but they answered that the pay period was not complete in which my sales occured ...

Enchanton69 is right, clickbank can be slow to update these things so if you have only very recently met the CDR then give it a few days and your money should be released just fine.

    I feel your pain, John!

Wish I could help, but I've been on the ClickBank merry go round for a while myself and their customer support is no help at all.

I'm having similar issues, only with my own product as a vendor. All my sales have been paid for with PayPal, not a single credit card has been used to buy.

It's very frustrating to know that the affiliates have been paid, ClickBank has taken their cut, but I, the product owner, am still waiting to get paid.

Needless to say, I'll not be listing any more of my products on ClickBank!

If you figure it out, please post back here to let us know what you did.

    Good Luck!

It looks to me like you only met the CDR in this pay period (which ends 12th Aug) which means your check will be sent on 26th August.

This is correct... your account will show CDR until next wednesday.

Also, I'm not sure that your own credit cards will count towards your CDR, in which case, you will need someone to buy with a mastercard before they'll release your funds.

Don't get too frustrated, once you meet that initial hump it's pretty easy going.

I think that if you're starting out, you have to have five sales. One sale has to be via Visa and the other has to be via MC. The other three can be whatever. Then Clickbank will send you the check.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe that's how it is.

I think you got it right Biggy Fat. From what I understand, you have

to have a sale from each kind of card and then a few. It took me a

while to get my first check bit it is worth it. Goog Luck.

      The exact requirement is

      * Sales made with 5 or more different credit card numbers; and,

      * Sales made with two different payment methods (either
Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal). Note: PayPal purchases do not
count toward the minimum 5 different credit card numbers.

I think the guys on this thread are right in saying that once the sytem updates you'll get the money. the good thing about the cdr is that you only have to meet it once per account.

hang in there mate. Clickbank has made many people millionaires and if you stick with it, you can join them.

    good luck.

Click bank royally pisses me off! They allow me to be an affiliate and I've been making good money with them for like 9 years now. So you'd think that they'd trust me enough to try out one of my damn products. But oh no! I submitted at least 4 different products to have them review them. The always decline them. It's ridiculous. I just submitted one, and sure enough, they declined it! Totally pissed me off! But then I got to thinking that since I'm making good money on my one account, I'd better not raise any red flags anymore. Just try to be happy as an affiliate and let them keep playing me. Ya I'm not gonna bother submitting anymore products to them. They're stupid.

But as for you, you have a few options. Keep hounding them. Eventually they might pay. Alternatively just file a small claims civil case in your state. Then serve them. Chances are excellent they'll settle out of court and just pay you off. But depending on how much it cost to register a claim it might not be worth the 400 bucks. But I'm fairly certain the "threat" and aggravation would prompt them to just settle up with you. But then again they might completely bann you if you did that too. So it's a catch 22.
