does anyone know of a software, whether paid or free that I can use to churn out graphics like this?

I`d use adobe illustrator for graphic types and photoshop for picture edits, but there are tons of other tools to use.

  I think it's worth learning. If you could sit down for an hour a day to study, in 7 days you'd be a more "dangerous" Photoshopper than a lot of people

I mean a 123 click and done thingy that does not require me to start from scratch using photoshop and the rest.

for logos there are a couple of tools like AAA Logo, but you will have to do more than a couple of clicks with whatever tool you pick.. Also there are templates for illustrator that you can edit to get anywhere you want, but everything requires at least some knowledge.
