kindle erotica authors - when is "sex" sex ?

i have a question for kindle erotica authors ....

when is "sex" acceptable sex for kindle,

and when does "sex" become what they consider to be pornography ?

and what are the limits for maximizing "sex" without entering into what kindle considers "porn"

    I think it's much the same as for many book publishers - found the list below on a Kindle forum...

    Avoid these topics: underage sex, non-consensual sex/rape, incest, necrophilia, bestiality, and scat.

    Don't show nipples, completely bare bottoms, or genitalia on your covers. (Of either gender.) (Well, male nipples are OK. But not asses or 'junk'.)
    Amazon was very easy on "subject matter" and as a result the subject became more and more descriptive and outrageous. Then readers began to complain and Amazon set a few standards.

    Good article about "standards" is a couple years old but I found it fascinating:

      as far as the "monster porn" niche, the first cover in the article made me think of "wizard of oz"
