Well you could find some good tips about marketing here on the warrior forum but a niche like adult market offline marketing works best. I suggest you try newspaper advertising. Im sure you've seen a few in your daily newspapers.

  I think his point is that Phone sex is a bit outdated (I remember seeing those cheesy late night TV commercials in the 90's). Big thing I'm seeing right now is cam models or models even doing private Skype video calls. Do people even use their phone to make calls even more?
  
  If I was entering this space, I would start thinking about virtual reality immediately. Oculus rift is releasing early next year along with a slew of other headsets (such as Microsoft Hololens) coming out quickly.
  
  Some big companies have invested millions (actually billions since Facebook bought Oculus rift for 2 billion) into this technology....it's coming and it's going to be the next digital playground for the sex industry.

  I've spent a lot of time in the Adult business, what he means is that why would someone want to talk on a phone, only guessing what the girl looks like, when they can video chat with them. I rarely do business calls without video anymore.

This one is a little different than most I've read here, but that's the great thing about the internet!

I'd say your best bet is Craigslist. It's free to try and you can really post it anywhere you want. It's a little spammy, but that's what I would try first for "marketing".

You can do videos on YouTube but am not sure if they allow anything to do with the word SEX.

You can write articles.

You can do pay per click.

You can do banner ads on high traffic websites.

You can use social media.

you can use the Craigslist. Beside this you can use social media sites. It is one of good way to develop in your work. i am sure you will get a good result, if you can use the social media sites. Thanks

Another idea would be to sign up with one or more of the many sites already offering a phone sex service.

I guess they'd take a commission but they would do all the client acquisition and other behind the scenes stuff.

A couple suggestions:

1. Tell her you make blogs and whatnot, you don't market services like phone sex and thus have no idea how to do it.
2. Buy her a webcam. Lots of addition options.

Thanks everybody for all your kind replies and help.
This is the story: she promised me to help me with something if I can do this for her.
You know how it is....
This is why I try to do something.
Yes, for sure is not my field neither my entertainment hobby to make ads for adult industry but I will.

The problem of my friend is that the 3 websites where she's got contracts with DO NOT advertise for their girls, they ask them to do promo if they want clients!
And she is waiting for calls... Shen now makes about 10 bucks a week!!
She need some promo, for sure.

What social media should I use mainly?
Another tubes except you tube there are? Maybe they will allow adult content.
In fact she's got some beautiful lady pics, no nudity or something.

Articles won't bring in much, if any targeted traffic.

I see these services being advertised on backpage.com and vivastreet.co.uk

Also there's a phone chat section where you can advertise on adultwork.com

The way you would promote this is that way you promote any product or service. You need TRAFFIC.

Now, not all traffic sources are created equal. For example, Facebook advertising is a great source, but being the topic of this service, Facebook would not approve of this.

Your next option would be to promote this service via online dating sites. Plenty of Fish is the one that first comes to mind.

If you want to promote for free, just create content articles and get them to rank on google. You can visit Google's Keyword Planner Tool and type in your keyword. For example, "Phone Sex Operator" Google should bring you a list of results you can use to narrow down your niche.

And just create articles around these keywords.

that's just the basic. Hope this helps
