Geotargetting + Caching

Look for an advice.
I am trying to set up geotargetted pop up. I have geo targetting on few pages but had to disable the caching for it to work.
Now i want to set up a geotargetted pop up for 90% of the pages of the site, but i can't make it because of the caching.
It's a WP site. I use W3Total cache and Geolite.
Any ideas on how to make it work with the caching?
