"Macro" for Contact Us Form?

I have a list of website URLs and want to automate sending an email through their "Contact Us" forms.

I think I have seen some software program that does that.. or at least tries to. I thought it was from same developer who was doing automated Craigslist postings.

Does anyone know of something like that? or have I lost my mind - again

    Tom, it's the second one...

    Software like that is one reason I had to use a form handler that specifically blocks that kind of spam.
