How long have you been building your list on a specific niche and promoting products to them? 2 years? 5 years? 2 months?

The most profitable list I have is in the health niche and that has been being built up/down for the past 5 years. What I usually try to do is get into a different niche every few months because then I feel like I'm doing something new again even though it's the same exact process.

Some have been growing for years and some for just a few months. I will echo that it is smart to build numerous lists with different niches because it keeps you engaged and interested in getting work done. It is also interesting to see how different topics make your list want to interact more.

About two years, now. I don't know why it matters much - somebody could create a more profitable business in 6 months than somebody who has worked in a market for 6 years.

Best time to start was a long time ago, next best time is today.. won't get anywhere if you never start moving.

I disagree. Spread yourself to thin and try to take on too many projects at once, and not a single one of them will get the attention they need to grow and succeed.

There is always somebody out there working harder and putting more hours in. Much better in my opinion to look for whatever has the most potential and throw everything you've got into it. That's the only way you're going to stand out.

For me, 2-1/2 months. List of almost 750 subscribers. Multiple sales. Promoted original product plus 3 other products.

Most people who asked this type of question are time wasters and the main forum is for discussing how to make money and take action , maybe repost in the right part called off topic.

    Hi Ahmed!

This will be depending. Some of my campaigns I build my lists longer like one year because of the method that I use like content marketing or seo, but some of my campaigns I just built it in one month or less because the method I use is paid advertising/paid traffic. Then once I already started building my lists I stop and just focus mainly on conversions because it is not always necessary to have a huge list like 10,000 because sometimes even if you have only 1000 on your lists, but this smaller list gives you a better conversion then, this is a lot better than having a huge list of 10,000.

    I hope this help!

I was in the learn Spanish and gardening niches for like less than a year. I went into the learn Spanish niche because it was my major in college and I already knew a lot bout many of the products. I got bored with it because I thought the niche was too slow for me. I got into the gardening niche because of one particular product, but then, I didn't feel like carrying on in the niche after a while. I've been in the dating niche for like a year and a half. I like it pretty good. I've been in the make money online niche for years and am looking for something else to get into as well. I hope to find at least one by the end of the year.
