Can I verify Amazon account for purchase this way?

INTERNET MARKETING

I live in a European country and I don't have a verified Amazon account (verified with purchase) because of the high shiping/tax costs for anything I wanted to order from Amazon.

I want to put someone elses address (USA address) for my first purchase, so I make an order on Amazon from Europe, and he/she receives some cheap goods from instead of me in USA.

Will this work?

Verified with Purchase deals with reviews only, not your account.
You need to buy the item you are going to leave a review for.
Amazon makes it difficult to prevent the fake reviews you want to leave as you mentioned on Black Hat World.

Thx but I don't think you are right. I can leave unverfied reviews on Amazon (which is my intention). Pls check screenshot, it says I don't have to buy the product I am reviewing. I think they want to verify my Credit card for first purchase to be able to leave reviews on Amazon.
