Clipper coupon theme

The particular store of my site is not being indexed. I had unchecked the column which says- Link Single Coupon Page (Allows you to hide links to single coupon pages, those pages will also not be indexed by search engines.). I did this for the SEO.
It actually removed the "more" option from the detail section of the coupon. But still I can't find the store section of the site being indexed.
Kindly help me out.
