I recommended Market Samurai to a friend. The problem is, my friend has trouble hearing and can't make out most of the MS help videos. I've searched their site and can't find a printed manual. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance... |

I have tried to find one without success, sorry about that. This is why video only support/tutorials are a bad idea. Andy |

I bought it recently for just about $150. I think thats pretty good going considering the value you can get from it and that it is not on subscription.

There are now printed transcripts of the videos as well in the dojo: Noble Samurai Dojo.

| I agree - and there are several other reasons why it's a bad idea, too. It's just shabby customer-service not to offer a printed/printable manual with a technical product. Videos are fine for people who want them, but as an addition/alternative.

Again, there are pdfs to go along with the video training in the dojo. And they're not just rehash of slides but explanations. Good deal.

They are recognized as having one of the best customer experiences, support, and dynamic response attitudes of any [similar] software company, in recent years. @Kurt Here's the first post in their ongoing product support/tutorial series: What Makes Market Samurai The Most In-Depth Keyword Research Software Available? | Noble Samurai Many more lessons with supporting visuals to compliment the videos, are being added regularly. Also, most are YouTube based, and Youtube has begun a beta for auto-transcription Official Google Blog: Automatic captions in YouTube Hope this helps. | |

I did not dig the thread up. But saw several replies from today. The beauty of a forum is that many can benefit from a reply. |

I bought Market Samurai recently and I am primarily using it for keyword research to find niches. One thing makes me wonder why the results shown in tools like Wordtracker and Market Samurai are so different - they don't even seem to have any co-relation. So, which results are more reliable?
