Here's a quick little tip to help with click throughs on your emails. If you are getting people to go to a page with video on it, try taking an image of the video, make sure there is a big play button in the middle of it, and including it in your email. This image should then be a link to the page.

I am not 100% sure why it works, but it has a great effect on click throughs. I think it is because people see the video with the play button, and perhaps think they can play it there and then, so click just to see if it works. The thing is, as long as the video that is on the screen is the same as the image, they won't feel tricked, and will probably stay to check out what the video is about.
