Where's Delavo Support?

I purchased JV Manager back in the day.

At the time I had the opportunity to purchase
a lifetime license which included all future
upgrades of the product. According to my
account the license actually expires in the
year 2031.

(I'm not sure if that's the expected life of the
product or if they know something about my
life expectancy that I don't)

Anyways a few years ago I was involved in a
serious accident which left me near death and
I struggled to regain my health. It's taken almost
3 years but with a lot of hard work and physiotherapy
I'm now able to sit at my computer desk and work.

During this time away from my online business
I lost everything.

I lost my home, my wife, my vehicles, all my money,
and most importantly my kids looked at me differently.
They never said it but I could tell they saw me as
someone who needed to be taken care of. That hurts
me the most because i always prided myself as being
a good provider for my family.

I even lost my original warrior forum membership,
I joined this community way back in 2006. I don't
know why but my original login details didn't work
when I came back online. They probably upgraded the
site and purged a lot of the inactive memberships.

No hard feelings WF

Some of you may remember who I am,
My name is Ron Howell.
I used to run a thriving design business at
YourWebDesignPro.com Don't bother looking up the
website I lost it when I went into the hospital. The domain
name belongs to someone who is not taking care of it, it
looks abandoned.

It's a shame really. I'd love to have it back!

I used to design minisites and eCover graphics for some big name
marketers. I'm not going to name drop but I will say that one of my
big customers was John Delavera, I provided work for his Turbo
membership as well as doing design work for his Contepass product,
plus a few other projects. He kept me working steadily and I appreciate
and respect him for that.

When I was operating my business I used first JV Manager, then
it was upgraded to Fantasos, and eventually it became Delavo.

I want to be clear when I say that I absolutely love this product, I know
that many people don't like how it has a steep learning curve but I
figured it out back when it was JV Manager and the logic of the script
hasn't changed all that much. It's a much more robust product now.
But the concept of how it works is much the same as when it first began.

So anyways, now that I'm able to sit at my desk and work I want to
get my beloved Delavo back so I can begin the process of rebuilding
my business. I've had a lot of time to think about how i want to proceed
and it's vital that I use Delavo to centralize my efforts. In my opinion
there's really no competitor to this script. It's packed with feaatures.

So I contacted the Delavo support desk to get my script back up and
running but I've found that they don't seem to be responding to me.

I've had a support ticket into the Delavo support desk for 6 days now.

2 days after I submitted the ticket I got a response from Eric Hall (who
is John Delavera's technical advisor) asking me a question about my
querie. I answered his request for information a couple hours later
and I haven't heard from him since.

I've emailed a couple times with no response. So this morning I
submitted another support ticket and have heard nothing, crickets...

So I'm hoping someone will see this post (like maybe Donna Walsh)
and respond and offer me a hand in nudging the folks at the support
desk in the right direction.

I can't see myself moving forward in my business without my Delavo.

John Delavera is a member here.

Have you tried contacting him via PM?

May/may not work... I haven't heard a peep out of him in years.

      Hi Sid,

First of all I'd like to say hi and I respect all that you've done online.

I remember you created a really cool script called RapidActionProfits.com

It's nice to hear from you Sid

I don't know if John is still involved with Delavo or not, I thought he had
sold the product to Mark Joiner.

I don't want to bother John with a matter that the Delavo support team
should be on top of especially if he's no longer involved.

      Thanks tho

I am still getting offers from John in my email box so I know he is still around.

Just my two cents . . . I would suggest you never feel like there is only one option as far as marketing tools go. Move on . . . find another alternative. There's no sense wasting time building your new business.

True entrepreneurs meet road blocks all the time and figure a way around them. Even if you do hear back about your old software (script), do you want to lose precious time waiting on support every time you need them?

Spend a little time to figure out a new solution with great customer support and move on.

          Wow! That didn't take long!

John Delavera sent me an email fixing the entire situation.

Thanks so much John, I really appreciate it!
