Help! I need Ad Serving Software!

I am looking for ad serving software I can use on my site so that advertisers can purchase slots and see real time results via a back end or report. I am not sure what is solid and good and secure out there.

Can anyone reccomend anything? Free or Paid.. just needs to be good.
