7 dollar script-Rapid Action Profits & Paypal

About a year or so ago paypal was suspending accounts
for using the 7 dollar script.

Does this mean that the affiliate that promotes the products
gets in trouble by paypal or the merchant.

How can I make sure to not get into trouble selling the
7 dollar script or the Rapid Action Profits.

I just got my account reinstated after having
it on suspension.

The problem wasn't in using the script itself. It was the wording that was used about reselling and getting paid for it. Paypal saw this as a MLM which is against their TOS. Once the wording was changed then there haven't been any other problems.

Other than that, on the basis of features and ease of use RAP is the better option of the two solutions you mention.

The scripts are great! I have some friends who have been using it
for a while and they havent had any trouble with it.

I use RAP and haven't had any issues...

I believe Sid said the issue was with posting on the salespage that they would be reselling the same product...so they considered it somewhat of a pyramid scheme of sorts...

As long as you leave that info off the salespage...and are just using it as an affiliate promotion tool, I don't see why they would have any problems with it...

Do not put the "affiliate program" link (Paypal may look upon it
as MLM) on your website, and you will most probably be okay.

Leave the affiliate program stuff at the backend.

Like someone said earlier it's the PayPay TOS not the actualy script.
You can download PayPal Sellers Beware which explains what you need to know to prevent having your PayPay account suspended.
Anyone who uses PayPal to accept payment should read this.
