Offline Gold Leads. How Much Would You Pay?

For you guys that market to the offline market. How much would you pay for a guaranteed number of qualified leads per month? Trying to see how much interest there is for this.

I've worked with several offline companies to generate leads to their business. My main clients have been real estate investors looking for deals. They don't mind paying for the leads because one conversion can make them tens of thousands.

I have ran some test campaigns and have already generated several leads so I know that there are people needing Websites, SEO, etc. Throw out some numbers and suggestions.

    Depends on a persons ability to close...

    I'd find two or three guys in this forum that know what they're doing with offline gold
    consulting... develop a conversation, call them on skype give them a good lead or two and see what they can do.

    Then you'll determine the value going forward.

    Until sales reps are closing off your leads and you know the numbers you won't know
    the value of the lead.

    Would depend on how targeted the leads were. Could be anywhere from $10 to several hundred based on the quality and likelyhood of turning them into actual paying clients.

    I will pay local web designers up to $500 for leads, but those definitely turn into paying customers!

      As for buying leads, I definitely agree with everyone here. It all depends on your ability to close them, how cold/warm they are, etc. Are they looking for your services? Then they are most likely a sale. Do they need it? Less value, but can still become a customer. Do YOU think they need IM services? Well that can be a shot in the dark if you're unable to make them realize it themselves.

    Just to be clear, I wouldn't be doing any of the sales part of it. I would deliver leads into their inbox.

      That depends very much on quality of the leads and how and when you want to be paid.

      Obviously if a lead is ready to spend $2,500+ right now on a website/internet marketing project then it's quite valuable.

      And if you're willing to take payment for that lead AFTER the person using it gets their first payment you can charge a whole lot more (if you can get paid at all LOL).

      This kind of lead has a VERY short life span...we're talking minutes to hours...perhaps a day or two before that prospect is hiring someone else.

      So you also need to be selling those leads to someone who follows up on them preferably within 15 minutes of you acquiring them and preferably by phone.

        Online marketing services to local business. As Andrew points out if a lead is ready to spend $2500+ right now, it's a pretty valuable lead. $500 for a lead would be what I pay after having successfully signed the client, so it's probably a bit different to what Nato is offering.

    What I am offering is leads from online classifieds Ads that I post on a daily basis. My Ads are posting a service for Web, SEO, and IM services.

    I am able to post up to 4,000 Ads daily on Craigslist, Backpage, and Kijii. I get a good amount of leads on a daily basis. Currently I am selling them individually.
