Can anyone help me appraise my domain?

Hello Warrior community,

I have been trying to get my feet wet in the field of domain flipping this past year and I'm still learning the ropes. I wanted to get some honest opinions from people with more experience in buying & selling domains/websites.
I registered the name FindTheRight.house and I think it has potential with a clear niche.

I'm not necessarily trying to bank off of flipping domains, just very interested in getting involved.

What do you think "FindTheRight.house" could potentially be worth for the right buyer? (My apologies for the vague questioning, just hoping to get some ideas here and there!)

Thanks!

$1 if you're lucky, according to my estimations.

To me. ".house" has no value at all. I have never typed ".house" into a browser, nor have I seen a ".house" or similar domain pop up in search engines. Until I do, they have no value.

.com, is and probably always will be the domain extension for commercial businesses. There is some, reduced value, in .net and .org to end users. Any other extension needs to be developed to have any value at all, no matter the domain, in my opinion.

I appreciate the feedback- do you think it would have more potential if it was developed into a website?

Yes, if it was a website that provided a potential buyer with some sort of value: traffic, leads capture, revenue, etc.

It is worth what someone is willing to pay.

And possibly more if you develop it.

If you do develop it, you are going to want it to accumulate value by either making it a lead magnet or by the site itself being able to make a sale(s).
