ClickBank mandate dead?

Hi all, I need a reality check here on the ClickBank Always On Shopping Portal mandate.


Is it now 100% certain that this mandate is dead in the water, meaning no affiliate marketing a ClickBank affiliate product on their website has to have the JavaScript code header?

    They are still trying to force vendors to put unwanted branding onto their pages. The latest version of this is their "trust badge," which is just a different way to force people show the ClickBank brand on their pages against their will. I don't know if they intend to do this using javascript or not, but that doesn't really matter. The previous attempt at forcing people to do this was the header, and as far as I know, that is gone - for now.

    At this point, if I was a new vendor or affiliate looking for an affiliate network, I would never, ever choose ClickBank. There is no telling what they will do next. They are completely unstable.
