1Shoppingcart with Aweber; new list for every sale?

In a sales process like this:
Landing (squeeze page) with opt-in = Free plus shipping offer = One Time Only Offer = Thank you page.

If I use 1shoppingcart and Aweber, is there any way to have a diferent list for each phase of the sales process and have it AUTOMATED so I don't have to do it manually.
For example:
1.Someone opts-in and DOES NOT buy the free plus shipping offer. (They go on one list)
2. Someone opts-in and then DOES BUY the free plus shipping offer. (They go on another list and are removed from the opt-in list)
3. Someone opts-in, BUYS the free plus shipping offer and BUYS the One Time Only offer. (They go on the One Time Only list and are automatically removed fro the opt-in and Free shipping lists.

The result is 3 different lists that can be marketed to appropriately, depending on how far each person went in the sales process.

I know Infusionsoft does this but it may be a little out of my range right now.
I was hoping to use 1Shoppingcart and Aweber. (I've heard the autoresponder feature on 1Shoppingcart has some issues). It may take a plugin or special software I'm unaware of to do this if it can even be done.
