Could you be less specific? The details are overwhelming.

Don't know the "good way" (I think there are several), but take a look at my Dedee site (in signature) : it's a one page site (close to one page since there are others backstage, but I mean ONE main page for the usual public).

What's the point of this page? Articulate: who, what, why, where, when.

I'm trying to promote a product but I want my page to have everything on it, including Social Media outlets and etc...including a Mailing List.

If you're using Wordpress, google "single page responsive wordpress theme free"

    Be wary...

1 > I used a theme like this for the better part of a year on my own site, and it didn't convert; as soon as I returned to a different format, the site started doing its job again

2 > the theme may want you to install plugins for it to work. These are free initially, but to update them you need to pay. So while the theme is free, they get you on the plugins...or you have to sit there looking at a bunch of "updates needed" notifications on your dashboard.

I suspect these designs come from designers, who like what looks good, rather than people who care about what works.

If you are using wordpress, you probably need a page builder that can get rid of some of the wordpress default formatting so that you can have a landing page (not a blog or website with many pages). I use Thrive Content Builder for this, but there are many other options.

Are you using wordpress? Do you need something that is drag and drop? What exactly do you want to achieve?

If you want a sales page with an optin form or pop up and social sharing buttons, this can easily be achieved using some kind of page builder.

Or if you know html, you could just build the page on its own. Just not sure what want to use for the end result.

Beware of free coded prepackaged sites. IE wix.com squarespace.com etc.. if your going to have eCommerce or any management tools then you will need a website developer. I would never recommend to a client to just rely on a free site for marketing.
